Just Starting on your search for Financial Advisor? Cole Financial Planning encourages consumers to interview their financial advisor just as you would any other trusted professional working for you.  To assist you in your search for a financial planner, you can download a blank interview questionnaire covering many of the important questions you need to know as you make this important selection. 

Interview with Cole Financial Planning - This is the same form as above only it is completed with ColeFP's answers so you can compare notes as you seek for your financial planning professional.

Risk Tolerance Quiz
  

Each person relates differently to their investments.  To help us evaluate proper allocation models, we use this quiz to assess one's tolerance for risk.


Cash Flow Form
  

Some situations require a more detailed assessment of cash flow.  This form helps those clients track income and expenses.  Cole Financial Planning will discuss with you whether or not this form is necessary to complete.

 

ADV Part II and Schedule F

  

As a Registered Investment Advisory firm, we are required to provide our clients with Part II of Form ADV upon our initial engagement and to offer it to you on an annual basis. This document includes Schedule F which gives further disclosure and detail pertaining to questions answered on Part II. Cole Financial Planning is committed to openness and disclosure and invites its prospects and clients to view our ADV Part II and Schedule F.
