with Part II of Form ADV upon our initial engagement and to offer it to you on
an annual basis. This document includes Schedule F which gives further
disclosure and detail pertaining to questions answered on Part II. Cole
Financial Planning is committed to openness and disclosure and invites its
prospects and clients to view our ADV Part II and Schedule F.
